Kelly Wilson Protective Security Advisor U.S. Department of Homeland Security

Kelly Wilson is a Department of Homeland Security Protective Security Advisor (PSA) assigned to the San Diego District, covering San Diego, Orange, Riverside, Imperial and San Bernadino counties.  She serves as a critical infrastructure security and resiliency subject matter expert and is the link between State, local, tribal, and territorial organizations and DHS infrastructure mission partners.  

Previously, Kelly served in the United States Army with an overseas tour supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom, was a Maryland State Trooper, served in two state and local fusion centers, and the District of Columbia Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency.
